Refund and Return Policy

GlowBook ​​Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days . If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange .

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging .

Products that cannot be returned

Several types of products are exempt from returns . We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines.
  • Intimate or sanitary products .
  • Hazardous materials .
  • Flammable liquids or gases .

Additional items that cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Some health and personal care items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase .

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds will be granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use.
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette, or vinyl record that has been opened .
  • Any item not in its original condition , is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery .

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received the item. We'll also let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected .

If approved , your refund will be automatically processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment , within a certain amount of days .

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company , as it may take some time for the refund to be officially reflected.
  3. Please contact your bank , as there is often a processing time before you see a refund.

Items on sale

🔹 Only regular priced items may be refunded .
🔹 Sale items are non-refundable .

Changes

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged .

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver requested we ship the order to them before giving it to you, we will issue the refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.

To return your product, you must send it to:

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund , the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total.

Depending on your location, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75 , we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance , as we do not guarantee receipt of your return .
